Job Description

The Project Manager - Data Center - Sterling, VA will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Developing and monitor project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Preparing and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and reporting.
  • Overseeing procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Data Center - Sterling, VA should have:

  • 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Experience working on data centers and/or experience with sitework, MEP scopes, concrete + steel
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in retail, finish-out, and light industrial projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
