Our client is a respected construction management and design-build firm with more than 25 years of experience serving the New Hampshire and Massachusetts markets. With a team of approximately 40-50 construction professionals, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of sectors including multifamily, retail, restaurant, municipal, educational, industrial, and religious facilities.The company is experiencing significant growth, with several new projects scheduled to begin in the coming months. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects from award through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Lead project planning, procurement, and execution efforts
  • Coordinate closely with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups
  • Monitor project costs and proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Conduct project site visits as needed while remaining primarily office-based

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Design Build should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M+ in construction volume
  • Ability to independently run projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Experience with ground-up commercial projects strongly preferred
  • Design-build project experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management
  • Proficiency with Procore
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to commute to Hudson, NH and support projects throughout Southern NH and Massachusetts
