Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through completion, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment and performance
  • Oversee cost control, forecasting, change management, and risk mitigation
  • Drive constructability reviews, logistics planning, and phased construction strategies
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, and public agencies
  • Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact the project
  • Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout construction
  • Support team development and contribute to a collaborative project culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager on commercial or institutional projects
  • Background with complex renovations, interiors, adaptive reuse, or ground‑up construction
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
  • Comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with CMAR or public‑sector projects preferred
