With a strong project pipeline and expansion plans underway, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team where employees can make a meaningful impact and build long-term careers.Job DescriptionThe Responsibilties of a Project Manager:Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.Oversee project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost controls, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and closeout activities.Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, logistics planning, cash flow projections, and bid management.Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.Manage one large project or multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong communication and client relationships.Support business development efforts through networking, proposal development, industry engagement, and identification of new project opportunities.Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
