Job Description

    • Manage commercial drywall/interior projects from award through closeout
    • Participate in estimating, budgeting, and bid review during preconstruction
    • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
    • Track project costs, change orders, and forecasting
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for GCs and internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

    • Background as a Project Manager with drywall/interiors experience
    • Comfortable supporting or leading estimating efforts and takeoffs
    • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
    • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Local to the Atlanta market or willing to be
