With a strong reputation for delivering complex educational and public-sector projects, they are committed to quality, safety, and long-term client partnerships.Job DescriptionOur Project Manager will be resonsible for:Manage all phases of construction projects from award through closeout.Ensure compliance with DSA, local jurisdictional requirements, and project specifications.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor agreements, and procurement logs.Lead project meetings with clients, architects, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors.Monitor project financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting, and change management.Review RFIs, submittals, design documents, and contract requirements.Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance standards are consistently achieved.Maintain strong client relationships and drive overall project success.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
