Known for repeat business with school districts and community stakeholders, they prioritize quality execution, safety, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local partners.Job DescriptionThis Project Manager will be responsible for:Manage K-12 and higher education construction projects from preconstruction through final deliveryOversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change order managementLead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and scope coordinationWork closely with Superintendents to maintain schedules, especially within tight school timelines and phased construction environmentsServe as the primary point of contact for school districts, administrators, architects, and consultantsManage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and compliance requirementsEnsure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and district-specific requirementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
