The company values initiative, rewards performance, and offers the chance to work on a diverse mix of commercial projects while building long-term relationships with both clients and teammates.Job DescriptionLead commercial construction projects through all phases, from planning and estimating to completion and closeout.Manage project budgets, track costs, and maintain financial performance.Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.Provide clear and proactive communication regarding project progress, risks, and milestones.Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify challenges and develop solutions.Partner closely with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence.Represent the company in client meetings, interviews, and business development efforts.Coordinate internal and external project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
