With a collaborative, family-oriented culture and a robust backlog of work, the company provides exceptional opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement for a Project Manager.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Maintain project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Conduct site visits as needed to support field operations and project progress.Monitor project financial performance and proactively resolve challenges.Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.Support a growing portfolio of QSR and commercial projects valued between $1M and $3M.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
