Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to support field operations and project progress.
  • Monitor project financial performance and proactively resolve challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support a growing portfolio of QSR and commercial projects valued between $1M and $3M.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • QSR, restaurant, retail, civil, or similar project experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple project stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area.
  • Ability to travel locally for occasional project site visits.
