Job Description

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Drive scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and overall project delivery.
  • Manage risk, logistics, and long-lead items while ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, field operations, and clients.
  • Oversee closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and contract completion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial construction and exposure to ground-up or complex renovation projects.
  • Strong coordination skills with preconstruction teams and working knowledge of Procore.
  • Open to federal or structured project environments and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to operate in a fast-paced project setting. Construction degree preferred but not required.
