Project Manager - Fully Remote - Multifamily Projects $50M+

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals and maintain a collaborative work environment.
