• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects exceeding $10M in value.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Manage and mentor team members to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
