Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and project delivery.
