Project Manager (General Contractor) - Public Works

• Manage construction projects with a general contractor that wins/performs NYC public works projects from early planning through completion.
• Set project plans, priorities, and timelines to guide delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across construction workstreams.
• Track project progress and address issues that may affect schedules or scope.
• Work with project stakeholders to confirm requirements and next steps.
• Maintain clear project records and status updates throughout each phase.
• Monitor deliverables to keep work aligned with agreed project plans.
