The business has grown rapidly in recent years, employs around 120 people, and delivers work across municipal, federal, healthcare, education, and light industrial sectors, all within a local footprint.

Job Description

  • Lead public and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Own schedules, pay applications, change orders, and contract compliance
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • 3+ years delivering public or government-funded projects
  • Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and project controls
  • Background with a general contractor (not a CM agent)
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a family-led culture
