Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report to senior operations leadership and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects.

  • Manage ground‑up construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls to ensure profitability
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
  • Lead project meetings and serve as the primary client point of contact
  • Review drawings, scopes, change orders, and submittals
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
  • Support preconstruction and estimating efforts as required

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Strong background delivering ground‑up construction projects
  • Exposure to light industrial, aviation, or similar commercial projects
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, cost reporting, and contract management
  • Experience with construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead teams and clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
