Job Description

  • Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion
  • Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver projects ranging from $$20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A strong background in ground-up construction and project management.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A detail-oriented mindset to ensure project quality and compliance.5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
