Job Description



Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout and owner turnover.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and cash flow.
  • Coordinate subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and scope alignment.
  • Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and manpower.



Client & Team Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Lead project meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure timely resolution of RFIs, submittals, and field issues.



Cost, Risk & Quality Control

  • Manage change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate constructability, schedule, and cost risks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience delivering commercial buildings, light industrial facilities, institutional projects, or specialty commercial work.
  • Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $105,000 - $140,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10-20% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $600 - $1,000 per month
