Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee ground‑up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while leading site teams and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance.

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects valued between $1M-$30M
  • Lead Superintendents and maintain accountability for field execution
  • Report directly to the Executive Vice President
  • Coordinate with a Project Coordinator for administrative and documentation support
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client communication
  • Travel to project sites as needed, including occasional out‑of‑state assignments
  • Work primarily from the office with site visits as required
  • Utilize construction technology platforms to manage projects effectively

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience with self‑storage, grocery, or industrial projects preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing Superintendents
  • Comfortable working in an office‑based environment with periodic travel
  • Experience managing primarily ground‑up construction projects
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
  • Organized, accountable, and client‑focused mindset
