Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up retail construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting cost or schedule
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Maintain strong communication across project teams and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with ground-up retail experience required
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) preferred
