Job Description

  • Plan and manage healthcare construction projects from initial scope through completion.
  • Set project schedules, priorities, and milestones to keep construction activities on track.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project partners to support timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues that may affect scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and work updates to maintain alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate project status, key decisions, and next steps with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track project costs and support informed decisions throughout the construction process.
  • Maintain project records and closeout materials for completed work.
