Job Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare will:

  • Manage occupied healthcare, life science, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and institutional construction projects.
  • Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
  • Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently within active facilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and project executives on strategic project delivery.
  • Support large-scale projects valued from $10M to $300M+.
  • Utilize Procore and other project management technologies to drive project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successfull Project Manager - Healthcare should have:

  • 5-10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience with occupied projects, healthcare, hospitals, life science, labs, pharma, higher education, or public facilities.
  • Track record managing projects valued at $10M+.
  • Strong communication, scheduling, budgeting, and leadership skills.
  • Procore experience preferred.
  • Ability to commute throughout Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire.
