Project Manager - Healthcare & Class A Office Construction

• Manage all phases of healthcare and Class A office construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee both interior build‑outs and ground‑up construction efforts
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, and clients
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, codes, and quality standards
• Drive project timelines, especially in fast‑track and occupied environments
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project performance
