Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
  • Monitor project financials and assist with forecasting activities
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to drive project execution
  • Support project teams in meeting quality, safety, and schedule goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M+
  • Experience within healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country club, or similarly complex project environments
  • Strong understanding of construction operations and project financial management
  • Ability to manage sophisticated renovation and highly customized construction projects
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, client management, and leadership capabilities
