Job Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Leesburg, VA will be responsible for:

  • Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project execution.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure cost, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while proactively mitigating risk.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership on project strategy and operational improvements.
  • Drive successful project delivery while contributing to the company's continued growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Leesburg, VA should have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working directly with clients, subcontractors, and design teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
