Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Monitor and report project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Lead project meetings to communicate updates and resolve challenges with internal and external teams.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
