Job Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare will:

  • Manage healthcare and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Lead project meetings and oversee project performance.
  • Monitor financials, change orders, and risk management efforts.
  • Partner closely with field teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to track project progress.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Healthcare should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills.
  • Experience with Procore and construction management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Must be able to commute to Hartford, CT and project locations throughout Connecticut.
