Job Description

  • Manage $5M-$20M projects or multiple smaller projects concurrently
  • Develop budgets, schedules, and value engineering strategies
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract negotiations
  • Oversee cost control, forecasting, and project financial performance
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 9+ years of construction project management experience
  • BSc in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, industrial, K‑12, higher education, or warehouse work
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of leading teams
