Job Description

As the Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a critical role in delivering multiple healthcare interior projects from preconstruction through close‑out.

You will:

  • Lead healthcare interior projects typically valued between $2M-$3M+
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships end‑to‑end
  • Coordinate with hospital stakeholders on active, occupied healthcare environments
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, and cost controls to ensure margin targets
  • Drive quality, safety, and compliance standards on all sites
  • Act as a client‑facing representative for major healthcare systems
  • Position yourself for progression into a Project Executive role within 2-3 years

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors we are seeking:

  • 7+ years of experience delivering healthcare interior construction projects
  • Proven track record managing $3M+ projects in hospitals or outpatient medical facilities
  • Background with large, well‑known general contractors preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare interiors, infection control, and occupied renovations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with clients and project teams
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast‑growing organization with high visibility
  • Experience using industry‑standard project management and cost control software
