Job Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare / Life Science will:

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, contracts, and change management.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Support preconstruction efforts, including planning, estimating, and procurement.
  • Successfully execute projects within occupied facilities and active environments.
  • Lead tenant improvement, healthcare renovation, laboratory fit-out, science & technology, commercial office, and core & shell construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Healthcare / Life Science should have:

  • 8-10+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience delivering healthcare, life science, science & technology, commercial interiors, occupied renovations, or core & shell projects.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven success managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Experience working in complex, occupied, or operational environments.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organization abilities.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts markets as required.
