Its portfolio includes healthcare facilities, medical offices, laboratories, research facilities, higher education projects, and other technically demanding commercial spaces.Job DescriptionLead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.Manage projects typically valued at $10M+, with an emphasis on Healthcare and Life Sciences.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and financial projections.Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.Monitor project progress, quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance.Identify and mitigate project risks while developing solutions to potential issues.Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in preconstruction, estimating, buyout, and project turnover activities.Support business development and client relationship efforts when appropriate.Ensure all project requirements, specifications, and regulatory requirements are properly addressed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
