Job Description

  • Lead ground‑up and renovation projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Spend approximately 50% of time on site and 50% in the office
  • Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and senior leadership
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Stable work history with 2-3+ year tenures and clear career moves
  • Experience in healthcare, education, municipal, or commercial projects
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with construction management software
  • Professional and a great communicator with strong leadership presence
