Job Description

    • Manage public and healthcare construction projects from planning through completion
    • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
    • Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
    • Ensure compliance with agency requirements, healthcare regulations, and project specifications
    • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
    • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
    • Proven experience delivering public, healthcare, institutional, or government construction projects
    • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost management
    • Experience working with public agencies, healthcare providers, or institutional clients
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
    • Organized, proactive, and able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
