Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take full ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing ground‑up construction projects within healthcare and institutional sectors
  • Overseeing project budgets, schedules, and cost controls to ensure profitability
  • Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Leading project meetings and acting as the primary client point of contact
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements
  • Managing change orders, procurement, and subcontractor performance
  • Driving projects through successful close‑out and handover

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Ground‑up construction experience is required
  • Background delivering healthcare, religious, or similar institutional projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, cost management, and contract administration
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project demands
