This individual will oversee project execution, client relationships, and team coordination on high-end healthcare, senior living, education, and multifamily developments throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of project management on complex commercial construction projects exceeding $25M in value.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and client communication.
  • Partner closely with field leadership teams to ensure successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow management utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Collaborate with Project Executives, Superintendents, design teams, and ownership groups to drive project success.
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks, schedule challenges, and budget concerns.
  • Oversee change management, contract administration, and project financial performance.
  • Support the company's commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout all project phases.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M or greater.
  • Background in healthcare, senior living, education, multifamily, hospitality, country club, or other high-end commercial construction projects.
  • Experience delivering highly customized, detail-oriented projects.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project financials.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both office and field teams.
  • Candidates must be located within reasonable proximity to Massachusetts or Connecticut project locations.
