Backed by steady growth and a collaborative leadership team, they offer the stability of an established business alongside the agility and culture of a close-knit organization.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Leading project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client communication.Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Coordinating with architects, engineers, vendors, and ownership teams to drive project success.Monitoring project financials, contracts, change orders, and project reporting.Utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project to manage project documentation and workflows.Fostering strong client relationships and maintaining a high level of service throughout project delivery.Managing multiple projects simultaneously as workload and project complexity increase.Supporting successful project execution across corporate interiors, renovations, secure environments, and specialty commercial projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
