Project Manager - High-End Construction

• Manage projects from preconstruction through close‑out
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
• Lead buy‑out, change management, and project reporting
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership
• Maintain strong client relationships and repeat‑work standards
