Job Description

  • Manage high-end custom residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client communication
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, and internal project teams
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior leadership
  • Review contracts, project documentation, change orders, and cost reports
  • Identify and resolve project risks and field issues proactively
  • Foster strong relationships with homeowners, design professionals, and trade partners

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - High End Residential should have:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Proven background managing custom residential projects valued between approximately $3M and $20M
  • Experience delivering luxury residential renovations and custom home projects
  • Must have direct project experience in Downtown Boston and an understanding of the unique logistical challenges associated with city-based construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, growing organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
