Project Manager - High End Residential - $2M+

• Lead and manage high-end residential construction projects valued at $2 million or more.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
• Manage and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.
