Our client is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee high-end residential and multifamily construction projects throughout Metro Boston. This role is ideal for someone with "grassroots" experience who understands how the field and office work together to successfully deliver complex builds.

Our client is a well-established construction firm with over two decades of experience delivering premium residential, multifamily, and select commercial/institutional projects throughout the Greater Boston area and beyond. They have experienced significant growth in recent years and are known for their craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and ability to execute complex, high-end renovations and ground-up builds.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-end residential and multifamily projects ($1M-$30M) from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Estimators, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and client communication
  • Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring quality and timeline adherence
  • Manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Collaborate with ownership and internal leadership on project strategy
  • Ensure projects meet safety and compliance standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and field teams

The Successful Applicant

What You'll Need:

  • Proven Project Management experience in construction (residential preferred)
  • Background in high-end custom homes, brownstone renovations, or multifamily
  • Hands-on, "self-starter" mentality with strong communication skills
  • Understanding of how field and office functions integrate (PM/Super/Estimating)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • MA CSL
  • Procore experience is a plus (not required)
  • Must be based within commuting distance of South Boston (inside 495)
