Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
  • Coordinate with field teams, consultants, architects, and ownership groups
  • Lead project meetings and drive successful project execution
  • Manage procurement, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Track project financial performance and ensure profitability targets are achieved
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Utilize Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office to manage project operations

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
  • Strong background in high-end luxury retail construction (required)
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Proficiency with Procore, Sage, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be commutable to the Wilmington, MA area
