Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of the 170-unit high-rise multifamily construction project from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address technical challenges.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
