Job Description

* Own project delivery from preconstruction through final closeout

* Build and manage detailed budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts

* Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and coordination

* Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and outcomes

* Partner closely with field leadership to ensure quality and safety

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 9+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

* Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred

* Background in healthcare, industrial, education, or mission-critical work

* Strong communicator who builds trust across teams and clients

* Natural leader with a structured, solutions-focused mindset

Base salary $100,000-$130,000 plus annual bonus
