Team members also benefit from clear career progression, ongoing professional development, and a workplace that values accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Take full ownership of planning, coordination, and execution of complex ground-up and renovation projects, including higher education, labs, athletic facilities, and more.Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, aligning strategy with client objectives and ensuring collaboration across all phases.Oversee budgets, detailed schedules, subcontractor procurement and performance, contract administration, and client communications.Maintain focus on financial stewardship and operational efficiency to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.Monitor project risk, manage change orders, and maintain accurate forecasting to support informed decision-making and project success.Drive proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.Utilize project management tools and systems to track progress, optimize resources, and report on key performance metrics.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
