Job Description

    • Manage projects fromGMP award through turnover
    • Oversee budgets, buyout, contracts, and change management
    • Coordinate with superintendents to maintain schedule and quality
    • Lead owner, architect, and consultant communication
    • Manage subcontractors and vendors through completion
    • Handle project reporting, pay apps, and closeout documentation

The Successful Applicant

    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with aGC
    • Direct experience delivering hospitality projects (hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar)
    • Strong understanding of fast-track schedules and complex coordination
    • Comfortable owning budget, schedule, and client relationships
    • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
