Job Description

  • Lead all phases of hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost control processes
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and ownership groups
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, design specifications, and quality expectations
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, and pay applications
  • Drive aggressive timelines, particularly for renovation and phased projects
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact
  • Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges to maintain delivery goals

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience in hospitality construction
  • Experience with ground‑up builds and/or occupied renovations preferred
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost management
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience working with brand standards and guest‑focused environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
