Their portfolio includes a variety of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, and they continue to experience steady growth throughout the region.Job DescriptionManage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.Lead project teams and coordinate with Superintendents to ensure project success.Monitor project financials, cash flow, change orders, and pay applications.Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, communication, reporting, and cost control.Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and proactively mitigate delays.Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.Facilitate owner meetings and provide consistent project status updates.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
