Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Northeast Florida. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are achieved.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with Superintendents to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project financials, cash flow, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, communication, reporting, and cost control.
  • Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and proactively mitigate delays.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  • Facilitate owner meetings and provide consistent project status updates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of budgets, scheduling, contracts, and project financials.
  • Proficiency with Procore required.
  • Experience using Primavera P6 preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of commercial construction building codes and industry regulations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Wood framing experience is a plus.
