Job Description

The Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations - Columbia, MD will be responsible for:

  • Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously with budgets up to $5M.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from preconstruction through completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project financial performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain profitability.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide leadership to project teams throughout construction.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time to project sites across the United States, with trips typically occurring every other week.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations - Columbia, MD should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality renovation experience preferred, but candidates from multifamily, corporate interiors, healthcare renovations, or similar project backgrounds will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, project scheduling, cost controls, and client management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% as required.
