Job Description

  • Manage all project documentation to ensure compliance, scheduling accuracy, and budget control while closely monitoring costs
  • Oversee the collection, assembly, and distribution of as‑built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy, and lien releases
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, breaking work into logical steps and allocating time to meet deadlines
  • Prepare and present detailed budget estimates, progress reports, and cost‑tracking updates to stakeholders
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and partners to drive project success
  • Lead project meetings to align teams, resolve challenges, and keep work progressing smoothly
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control measures across all phases of construction
  • Provide value‑engineering ideas to optimize costs while maintaining design integrity and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration
  • Represent the company with integrity, consistently exceeding client expectations and reinforcing its reputation as a trusted industry leader

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of proven success at a general contractor, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong working knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems
  • Solid understanding of commercial construction technology, methods, and details
  • Exceptional ability to review and interpret construction documents, specifications, and drawings with precision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
