The company continues to experience significant growth, supported by a strong pipeline of active projects and repeat clients within one of the construction industry's most resilient and high-demand sectors.Job Description The Project Manager will report to Operations Leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of industrial and cold storage projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will play a critical role in client management, project execution, financial performance, and team leadership.Manage ground-up industrial and cold storage construction projects through all phases of delivery.Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and procurement activities.Oversee subcontractor relationships, contract administration, and change order management.Coordinate with field teams, design partners, clients, and consultants to ensure project success.Monitor project financials and maintain profitability targets.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards.Drive project closeout activities and cultivate strong client relationships for future opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
